Adult Volleyball
This is a drop-in co-ed volleyball program designed to provide exercise and fun for adult men and women. This program also offers gym time for men and women to enjoy competitive playing in a recreational setting.

Adult Pickleball
The adult pickleball program is designed to provide exercise and fun for participants of all ages and ability. The program offers gym time to enjoy both leisurely and competitive play in a recreational setting. Come get involved in one of the fastest growing recreational activities.

Adult Tennis
The spring tennis program participants will have the opportunity to sharpen tennis skills and will also have the opportunity to compete in singles and doubles match play. All participants are encouraged to bring their own tennis racket. For those without equipment, rackets will be provided.

Boston Ski & Sports Club
The Recreation Department has partnered up with BSSC, residents will receive $25 off the nonmembership prices.

Community Snowshoeing
Participants will receive a basic snowshoeing lesson and explore Gore Place through the snow. Then, enjoy a hot cocoa or coffee after your snowshoeing adventure

Community Sports & Games
Bring a friend or family member to shoot hoops, play a game of volleyball or just get ready for the upcoming baseball/softball season in our batting cages.

Dance Lessons
Enjoy two months of unlimited drop-in group classes, including dances ranging from salsa to swing, tango to waltz and more! No partner or experience necessary, perfect for beginners. Beginner classes are available on both weekdays and weekends. Once you have learned a few of the basic dance steps from the unlimited drop-in group classes, you can schedule your own private lessons to learn more about the dance of your choice.

Family Movie Night
Join us for Family Movie Night! Festivities will be held outside in the park behind the Watertown Police Station. There will be games, face painting, popcorn, music balloon animals, pizza and refreshments prior to the movie.

Launch Laser Tag
Launch Trampoline Park is offering adult men and women the opportunity to experience the latest in laser tag games exclusively for our Recreation Department laser tag league and not available to the general public.

Line Dance
Want to dance but don't want to worry about finding a partner? We have you covered! Join our beginner-friendly line dance class. We'll take you through fun and easy to learn line dances to a variety of music styles. We have something for everyone. No experience necessary.

This is a drop-in men’s basketball program is designed to provide exercise and fun for men 30 and over.

Red Sox Tickets
The Recreation Department is offering tickets in the grandstands or bleacher seats for six games during the season at historic Fenway Park.

Snow Removal Program
In coordination with the Watertown Middle School, Watertown High School, Recreation Department, Council on Aging/Senior Center, and the Marshall Home Fund, we are offering a snow-shoveling program specifically for our senior residents over age 60 and those who are disabled. Watertown Middle School and Watertown High School students are matched with senior residents in their neighborhood, and assigned to be responsible for shoveling snow from the sidewalks and driveways for the duration of the winter season.

Wachusett Mountain Ski / Board Passes
Adults and/or families can purchase our group rate lift tickets and rentals for Saturday evenings from January 7th to February 11th.

This is a drop-in basketball program designed to provide exercise and fun for adult women. This program also offers gym time for women to enjoy competitive playing in a recreational setting.

Yang Style Tai Chi
Yang Style Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art, which embodies Taoist philosophy, and accordingly is extremely beneficial for good health. It is also a method of relaxation, used for increased focus and concentration. Benefits include stress reduction and better concentration, as well as improved flexibility, strength, enhanced immune system, balance, memory, circulation coordination. Huan is the 6th generation of Yang Style Tai Chi. He studied under three Grandmasters from Yang family lineage. You have seen his articles featured in US's International Tai Chi Magazine and China's Tai Chi magazine.
